Vince Speranza Limited Edition Watch

To recognise the 76th anniversary of the "Battle Of the Bulge" 16 Dec 1944-  CAF UK Wing is pleased to announce our participation in the launch of the latest WW2 Veterans commemorative watch from Praesidus.

Just like the "Tom Rice" commemorative watch- sales will benefit a number of veterans organisations and affiliates.   CAF UK Wing is proud to support the release of the new "Battle of the Bulge" commemorative watch- Celebrating the service of

BASTOGNE MACHINE GUNNER

VINCE SPERANZA

During the Battle of the Bulge, 19-year-old Army private Vincent Speranza manned a foxhole as Germans surrounded the Belgian town of Bastogne. The tenacious machine gunner of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, earned the nickname "Curse and Traverse" during the bloody battle.

We teamed up with the "Screaming Eagle" veteran, author, and war hero of Bastogne to create a special watch collection and to share his story. The Vincent Speranza Limited Edition honors all those who sacrificed themselves for the freedom of Europe in WW2..

From - Paesidus watches:-
WWII Paratrooper and machine gunner Vince Speranza arrived in France in late November 1944. 3 weeks later, he was one of 12,000 troops that were surrounded in Bastogne. It marked the beginning of the brutal "Battle of the Bulge."
Underfed, under-armed, and ill-clothed for winter fighting, they held off 56,000 well-equipped German troops and over 1,000 of their latest tanks. They held their ground for eight days until Patton arrived.
Inspired by his story of grit and bravery, we are happy to announce that we have teamed up with WW2 veteran, author, and decorated war hero, Vince Speranza to create a special watch collection. The Vince Speranza Limited Edition honors those who sacrificed themselves for our freedom during the Battle of the Bulge. Pre-orders will start 25th of January 2021
